Una villa moderna fantásticamente glamorosa con vistas a la bahía de Puerto Pollença. Villa Bonavista es una nueva casa al pie de la montaña Boquer, cerca del famoso valle a pie, y a solo 2 minutos a pie de la playa de arena en Pine-Walk de Puerot Pollenca. Está en un terreno elevado en el borde del complejo, con vistas a las copas de los árboles y los edificios hasta el mar y las montañas de la península de Formentor. Es una casa fabulosa con habitaciones llenas de luz y espacio relajante. El diseño es lujoso y contemporáneo, mezclando materiales naturales con un estilo moderno. El espacio habitable principal está en el primer piso frente al mar. El salón y el comedor son un espacio enorme y soleado con una pared de vidrio que se abre a un balcón. Es un diseño minimalista con sofás grises, un techo abovedado de madera, televisión por satélite y un estéreo con DVD / CD. La cocina es otro espacio grande - mirando hacia el interior de las montañas - con elegantes unidades de color gris, una segunda mesa de comedor, una despensa y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que incluyen un lavaplatos y una nevera con congelador de tamaño extra. Las puertas correderas dobles conducen desde el salón y el comedor a una fantástica terraza superior, con impresionantes vistas de la bahía y las montañas. También hay una hermosa habitación doble en el primer piso con sus propias puertas a la terraza, un cuarto de baño con bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha a ras de suelo. También en este piso hay un aseo de aseo. Hay tres habitaciones más con aire acondicionado en la planta baja: una doble y dos gemelas con baños en suite. Todas tienen puertas que dan a una terraza solárium y más hermosas vistas de la piscina y la bahía. También hay un hall de entrada de doble altura en este nivel con ventanas que dan a un patio sencillo con palmeras. También hay un garaje doble, una mesa de ping-pong y un área de servicios públicos. La piscina y la terraza son un gran diseño, con una piscina infinita, un jacuzzi y terrazas, todas con vista a la bahía. La piscina también tiene vistas al interior de las montañas del norte con el casco antiguo de Pollença en la distancia. Villa Bonavista es una maravillosa y moderna villa para unas vacaciones glamorosas y relajadas con amigos. Las vistas de la bahía desde la casa y la piscina son algunas de las más hermosas de Puerto Pollença, y en menos de 3 minutos a pie puede estar en el puerto o en la hermosa playa de pinos que rodea la bahía.
We just had a week here 5 adults and 2 small children, everything was wonderful the villa itself is in great condition and exactly as per the pictures. The views were stunning and the location really quiet but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again
The villa is in an ideal location, only a 5 mins walk to the beach and 15 mins to the main square. The views across the port are beautiful with the outdoor seating area perfect for people who like to sit in the shade and relax. The villa itself is large enough for 8 people with excellent facilities to ensure a large family can have a very relaxing holiday. Josep and his team are very responsive with any questions we had.
Good location, good views, spacious villa. I wouldn’t recommend for families with toddlers or crawling babies, but for teenagers and adults it’s a great stay.
We stayed last week in the beautiful Villa Bonavista as a family of 7 including our three grown up children with two of their partners. The villa is very well appointed with excellent facilities. We had a superb time and cannot recommend it highly enough. Our lot particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool area and table tennis provided for guests. Great fun had by all!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bonavista. We stayed in many vacation villas all over the world and this villa is one of the best villas we stayed in. The house is gorgeous and spacious. The house is equipped with everything you need. The view over Port de Pollença is fantastic. It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. We would definitely come back.
This villa was fabulous. It is in the best location only a few minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of town yet so peaceful. It was very well equipped, the views were stunning and we we can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much Josep

This is an amazing villa and felt like pure luxury. There were 8 of us staying there and we had enough space to enjoy the villa together without being on top of each other. We enjoyed eating at the outside table area and ending the views over Peurto Pollensa. Managed to do an online shop to be delivered from Eroski, which was a great help for the amount of wine and beer we got through. Would recommend highly and would love to go back. Josep was so helpful and always answered any queries very quickly. Thank -you ?
Villa located on the hills overlooking PdP on a street with high-end properties. Easy access to the boardwalk and to town. Highlight of the villa is the day and night view of the Port de Pollenca bay which is stunning and one can't get enough of it. Villa has all the amenities you may require and the manager (Josep) is a nice and responsive guy. Highly recommend.

This is perfect villa for a stay in Puerto Pollensa. It has wonderful views, excellent accommodation, nice pool etc. a five minute into town.
