Seafront Apartment – Puerto de Pollença This charming holiday apartment enjoys an unbeatable location, right on the seafront of the beautiful bay of Puerto de Pollença. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and the town centre—with its shops, restaurants, and Mediterranean atmosphere—is easily reached on foot. Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment offers a cosy and functional setting, ideal for families or small groups. It features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds, and a third with one single bed. Both bathrooms are fully fitted and include a shower. The master and twin bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay throughout. The spacious and bright living-dining area opens directly onto a private terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the bay. Outdoor furniture allows guests to enjoy breakfast by the sea or dinner at sunset in a privileged setting. The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The building has a lift, providing easy access to the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the stay. As for parking, there is a designated area right in front of the building that is free during the low season and pay-and-display during the day in high season (blue zone). However, free parking is available on the surrounding streets, offering additional convenience. This apartment is an excellent choice for those wishing to enjoy the sea, tranquillity, and comfort in one of the most sought-after areas in northern Mallorca.
This apartment was in the perfect location for 3 ladies travelling to Majorca without transport. Everything we needed was on our doorstep. Management company very good and replied to our request for an additional sunbed very quickly. Our only issue would be the early morning noise which we can only assume was cleaners from the restaurant below us.

The apartment is located in a beautiful area, right on the promenade. Clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and the terrace offers beautiful views of the harbor, mountains, and beach. Parking is available, and there are restaurants serving delicious local cuisine and bars nearby. I was very pleased with my stay.
