This charming house in Pollensa beautifully blends traditional Mallorcan character with modern comforts and offers panoramic views over the picturesque village and the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains. From its spacious terraces, guests can relax while admiring the landscape or enjoy pleasant al fresco meals. For lovers of sport and nature, the area is perfect for walking, running, or cycling, with routes that begin practically at the doorstep. The property features a saltwater swimming pool, located on the central terrace, which is much appreciated by both adults and children. It can also be heated to 28 °C upon request (at an additional cost), making it an ideal relaxation spot at any time of year. The house accommodates up to 8 guests and is spread across two floors. On the ground floor, there is an elegant living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs – accessible only via stairs (please note the property does not have a lift) – you will find another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms that share a separate full bathroom. In total, the house offers four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, all with showers. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, ensuring year-round comfort. Important:The property does not have private parking, but street parking is usually available nearby. Just a two-minute walk away lies Pollensa’s main square, the Plaça Major– the heart of the town – where the popular weekly market takes place every Sunday. This lively square also hosts traditional festivals, concerts, and various cultural events throughout the year. Around the square, you’ll find a wide selection of restaurants, charming bars, boutiques, and local artisan shops. For a day by the sea, the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vicente (4 km) and Puerto de Pollensa (6 km) are just a short drive away. There you can enjoy a variety of water activities, including sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing trips, and glass-bottom boat excursions. Can Coais an exceptional choice for those looking to combine culture, beach, mountains, and relaxation in one of Mallorca’s most authentic settings.
A group of 6 of us stayed for a week at the end of July. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a BBQ on one of the terraces which we used a couple of times. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and all the shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It was spotlessly clean with towels and pool towels provided. The plunge pool is perfect for a dip to cool off. There are 6 lounges and an outside dining table with 8 chairs. The pool terrace has an umbrella for when it gets too hot and the views are incredible. The shower in our on suite was powerful and the bed was comfortable. We’ve already booked for next year.
Can coa was a delight from start to finish. Clear check in instructions were followed without any issues. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped for the needs of our group. We used the terraces and pool area a lot during our stay and each area was bathed in sunlight at different times of the day. These areas also are blessed with fantastic views over Pollensa and the surrounding mountains . The townhouse has been beautifully refurbished and is a short walk from the centre but is also far away enough to be very quiet at night and everyone slept soundly. We enjoyed every minute and would love to return.

This is our second time at Can Coa. It’s a beautiful property. Exceptional decor, equipment, facilities, location. Three distinct areas outside including BBQ area & ‘elevated crows nest’ for pre-dins drinks with wonderful views over the town. Sun Villas also provide excellent support when necessary. Impossible to fault.
