This is a great opportunity to enjoy your holidays with family and friends in a special location in Pollensa, Mallorca. The house has terraces overlooking the village and the Tramuntana mountains and there is hardly a better place to relax and slow down from hectic everyday life. If you enjoy sports the area is ideal for walking, running or cycling. The saltwater pool on the middle terrace is favorite for both adults and children. The pool can be heated at 28°on request and at an extra charge (200€ per week). Can Coa offer 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite), fully equipped Kitchen, Free WiFi On the ground floor, the property comprises: living room, kitchen, double bedroom with en suite bathroom On the first floor there are one double bedroom with en suite bathroom and two bedrooms with twin beds and a separate complete bathroom All rooms has air conditioning and heating Within a two-minute walk you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença (6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats.
A group of 6 of us stayed for a week at the end of July. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a BBQ on one of the terraces which we used a couple of times. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and all the shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It was spotlessly clean with towels and pool towels provided. The plunge pool is perfect for a dip to cool off. There are 6 lounges and an outside dining table with 8 chairs. The pool terrace has an umbrella for when it gets too hot and the views are incredible. The shower in our on suite was powerful and the bed was comfortable. We’ve already booked for next year.
Can coa was a delight from start to finish. Clear check in instructions were followed without any issues. It was impeccably clean and very well equipped for the needs of our group. We used the terraces and pool area a lot during our stay and each area was bathed in sunlight at different times of the day. These areas also are blessed with fantastic views over Pollensa and the surrounding mountains . The townhouse has been beautifully refurbished and is a short walk from the centre but is also far away enough to be very quiet at night and everyone slept soundly. We enjoyed every minute and would love to return.

This is our second time at Can Coa. It’s a beautiful property. Exceptional decor, equipment, facilities, location. Three distinct areas outside including BBQ area & ‘elevated crows nest’ for pre-dins drinks with wonderful views over the town. Sun Villas also provide excellent support when necessary. Impossible to fault.
