Villa in the Peaceful Area of La Font – Pollença This villa is located in the quiet residential area of La Font, Pollença, just a short drive from both the historic town centre and the Port of Pollença. It is a single-storey property, ideal for couples or small groups, with a maximum capacity of four people. The house offers a comfortable and functional environment for a relaxing holiday, with private parking within the grounds. The villa features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, sharing a full bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning/heating at no extra cost. Following local energy efficiency guidelines, air conditioning use is programmed between 14:00 and 16:00, and from 21:00 to 8:00. The living room is spacious and bright, with direct access to a shaded terrace, while the kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto another covered area. Outside, the villa stands out for its large private swimming pool, easily accessible via Roman steps and a ladder. The pool area is surrounded by a well-kept lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, offering shaded areas and a pool house that includes a barbecue kitchen and an additional dining area. There is also a full exterior bathroom with a shower, providing extra convenience for those spending the day in the garden or by the pool. The setting is private and quiet, allowing guests to enjoy the garden and pool in total tranquillity. The villa also offers free Wi-Fi and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and carefree stay.
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and well equipped. We loved the well tended gardens and olive trees. It’s about a mile to get to the lower part of Pollensa, we hired some bikes from Pro am cycling who delivered to the villa. We could easily cycle to the very good supermarket and restaurants in the evening. The owners were very prompt sorting any issues we had which was appreciated. The only thing to be aware of is that the second bathroom is quite far from the main house behind the separate pool house. It’s a lovely area and a great spot to explore the northern parts of Mallorca. Oh and don’t forget mosquito repellant.
Our stay at Villa Joana La Font was marvellous! The entire location is beautiful and perfectly maintained, the interior of the house is modern and in an amazing condition and the elderly people taking care of the facility are super lovely! We‘re definitely coming back for another visit!
