Set in a peaceful rural area between the charming old town of Pollença and the beaches of Puerto de Pollença, Villa Can Canavaret is a spacious and recently redesigned country house, ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The property is surrounded by beautiful private gardens with large lawned areas, tall palm trees, olive trees, and citrus trees. It’s a safe and idyllic setting for children to play outdoors while adults enjoy the tranquil scenery — also perfect for walking or cycling. Inside, the villa offers a bright and airy atmosphere, with white walls, tiled floors, and modern furnishings. All living space is arranged on one level for added comfort. The open-plan lounge and dining area features a cosy seating space, Smart TV, home cinema system, Wii console, and air conditioning (hot/cold), making it ideal for both warm summer days and cooler spring or autumn evenings. The modern, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and everything needed for convenient meal preparation. The villa offers three inviting bedrooms: one double bedroom with a TV, and two twin bedrooms — one of which can be converted into a double bed. All bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. There are three full bathrooms, each with a shower, including one large, recently renovated family bathroom. Outdoors, the gardens lead to a large private swimming pool (9 x 4 metres). A covered terrace with a dining table provides the perfect spot for al fresco meals or relaxed barbecues on warm evenings. There is also private parking within the grounds — ideal for those travelling with a hire car or their own vehicle. As a special feature, the garage has been converted into a multifunctional space, equipped as a gym and a storage, maintenance, and repair area for bicycles — ideal for cyclists and sports enthusiasts.

      Lovely holiday in Pollensa - villa exceeded our expectation. Superbly appointed with well maintained grounds and huge garden which came in handy with our teenage children. Location is excellent being only 5 min drive to the beach and 10 mins to the old town of Pollensa. Great communication with Sun Villas from start to finish. This was our second booking through them and Josep is a great host. Looking forward to returning again next year
