Well-presented newly renovated townhouse - fondly furnished with an eye for detail - located in the heart of the charming old Town of Pollença, with its' historic narrow streets. The house has a nice terrace and a modern patio with plants and space for dining and sunbathing, completed with a BBQ and a shared swimming pool. On the ground floor, the property comprises: entrance hall with a maroquin style bench, small guest toilet, dining area leading into the kitchen and adjacent is the utility space (complete with Miele washing machine and dryer). On the first floor there is one king-sized bed room, with a bathroom next to it, there is a Turkish steam bath and a living room with a TV. A cosy terrace with chairs and sofas for relaxing can be accessed from the living room.On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one king-size double bed and a twin beds room.All bedrooms and the living room are fitted with air conditioning, separate heating and floor heating on the ground level. Within a two-minute walk you find the Plaza Mayor, where the famous Sunday market is held, and all fiestas and activities take place. You will also find numerous local restaurants and bars interspersed with artisan shops and boutiques. A trip to the lovely beaches at Cala San Vicente (4 kms) and Puerto Pollença(6 kms) offers you various beach-based activities including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, jet skiing, glass bottom boats, and fishing boats. We had a wonderful time in Can Bon Aires at the beginning of the season before Easter. The house is very spacious, perfectly clean and nicely decorated with splendid views over the tiled roofs of the town and a really beautiful outside area including a little pool, which we enjoyed swimming in even at this time of the year. It’s very calm and perfectly situated to benefit both from the nearby shops, cafes and restaurants as well as from a wonderful morning running route through the Vall d’en Marc.
