It's a cool minimal design with grey sofas, a vaulted wooden ceiling, and satellite tv and a dvd/cd stereo. The kitchen is another large space - looking to the mountains inland - with sleek grey units, a second dining table, a walk-in pantry, and stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and an extra-size fridge-freezer. Double sliding doors lead out from both the lounge and dining room to a fantastic upper terrace, with stunning views of the bay and the mountains. There's also a gorgeous double bedroom on the first floor with its own doors to the terrace, an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower. Also on this floor there's a wc-cloakroom. There are three more air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor - a double and two twins with sparkling en-suite bathrooms. All have doors out onto a sun-terrace and more gorgeous views of the pool and the bay. There's also a double-height entrance hall on this level with windows onto a simple courtyard garden with palms. There's also a double garage, a table-tennis table, and a utility area. The pool and terrace are a great design with an infinity pool, a whirlpool, and terraces - all facing the sweep of the bay. The pool also has views inland to the northern mountains with Pollença old town in the distance.
